David Stefanick is the founder and owner of STX Consulting, where we provide advisory consulting and leverage process mining technology to empower customer teams to improve business processes and operations with rapid time-to-value.

David is also the author of the book, “Winning the ERP Game – A Coaching Guide to Packaged Application Business Success”.
He founded STX Consulting as a result of seeing the need customers had in meeting expectations and realizing value from their ERP and packaged application implementations. STX Consulting helps businesses, small and large, “win the game” by improving business processes and value realization.
David has over 30 years of industry experience helping customers succeed. David holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
