About This Episode: Organizational Performance Improvement

As Dr. Clark along with co-author, Fred Estes, discuss in their book “Turning Research Into Results: A Guide to Selecting the Right Performance Solutions”, much research has been done on a wide array of performance improvement programs. And, from this research, we have a good understanding of what works and what does not work.  Dr. Clark provides insight into how to take advantage of this significant research.
