Learn through well-researched ERP trends, tools, and methods for success from N&A’s expert ERP consultants. Whether you want to read about Culture Change, Applied Research, or ERP Success Stories, this blog covers a wide range of topics. The ERP Organizational Change Success Blog will keep you up to date with the latest ERP articles and information needed to thrive in this industry.

We have lots of great original content to share with you as well as share some great work and reflection from others that we are certain you will find useful.

We hope to bring you relevant and useful content, videos, interviews, case studies, and evaluated experience for reflection (from practitioner and academic leaders in the field of organizational change and ERP success models).  “The ERP Organizational Change Success Blog” (as well as our “The ERP Organizational Change Journal” Podcast) is intended to be a forum to study, share, and discuss ERP organizational change with a focus on project challenges and failure mitigation. It is dedicated to corporate organizational change and ERP success, corporate project stakeholders, and to boots-on-the-ground practitioners responsible for that success. It’s intended to be a collaboration tool and resource.

Every ERP integration, implementation, or upgrade is unique. The idea is to collaborate and share the good, the bad, and the ugly. We hope that you would find this page (and our blog) useful as we share lessons learned, best practices, and the human element components of ERP projects.

The ERP business is a billion-dollar industry with its share of significant problems that can be addressed by improved and objective collaboration. We believe that an improved effort has to be made to quantify, document, share, and communicate data that will bring value and provide more insight into what really separates the “good” ERP projects from the “bad.” Academia is providing more and greater research in this area as it is a real problem with real ROI opportunities that need to be solved. We just want to share.
