Friends and colleagues at Denison Consulting are performing research to determine how companies are adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic. Interesting article with some insightful information and tips.
Their research showed that a strong organizational culture of adaptability provides the grounds for a resilient response to the crisis. The article shares that “Organizations with the most positive cultures appear to have the best response”.
